This site has a list of property, land and businesses, broken down by village. The reason for this is that each area has it's own interests and we feel that they should all be mentioned and understood.

We also recommend that you visit some of the local villages and areas, to get a feel for the countryside and decide where you wish to live. It is fundamental to remember the semantics of living in a village or by the sea and the differences in seasons and heating requirements.

Usually some kind of transport will be needed. How accessible is the village? Will you be able to drive there late at night after dinner and a drink? Is it well lit? Is it difficult to build your house or renovate there? Can you get building equipment into your village and to your house?
SEA AND SURROUNDING AREAS
Are the surrounding areas noisy? Does it function as a tourist resort? Is it a very remote and peaceful location? What is planned for the area? How do the local beaches fare in winter?
BUSINESSES
Businesses are also a growing market. People wishing to invest in tavernas, shops and other businesses are welcome to see our commercial property section. This is a changing market, so please contact us for details.
HELP AND TRANSLATION SERVICES
As more and more people decide to move lock, stock and barrel we are finding a need to offer a TRANSLATION and HELP service.
We use a very good translator in the UK, for those needing help with translating documents from English into Greek or vice versa.
