Agios Ioannis is 9km into the mountains from Koutsounari. A fantastic drive up and wonderful link to Skinokapsala, only a fifteen minute drive away. Lovely picturesque village, with a great history too.

We have some lovely village houses for sale and some that have been renovated already,  as the village is a very close community and enjoys new arrivals! All the new houses have been carefully renovated and have fanstasic open, unrestricted views down to the sea.

Ierapetra is very close so it is a good area for those who love the mountain air and want to be a ten minute drive to the sea and tavernas in Koutsounari.
